- Safari in the City.
One of the best experiences you can indulge in to start your stay in Kenya is to visit Nairobi National Park. The park is only about 20mins drive from the city centre and is rich in birds and wildlife species including Africa’s big five. While in Nairobi National Park, you can also visit Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Nursery and witness the conservation efforts led by the Sheldrick team to protect and raise orphaned elephants among other animals such antelopes, zebras and rhinos and re-introduce them back to the wild.
